Greenwood welcomes select educational and scientific groups to experience its beautiful natural property through outdoor learning and exploration. Guests can enjoy miles of hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing trails, along with diverse natural habitats that support a variety of learning objectives. Kayaks, pedal boats, and a canoe are also available.
**Overnight Accommodations**
* **Windswept Cabin:** Sleeps up to 20 guests on bunk beds, with an additional chaperone room. A nearby Bunkhouse sleeps 16 and includes access to a shower house and outhouse for a more rustic experience.
* **Holy Smoke Cabin:** Reserved for scientific learning programs and select small groups. Contact us for availability and details.
**Group Rates (10–32 Guests)**
There is no charge when groups leave the property exactly as they found it, eliminating the need for a cleaning fee.

A new Nature Center is currently under development in a renovated woodland cabin.
